About the author: Dr. Ulrich Warnke, born in 1945, studied biology, physics, geography and education. Since 1969 he has been researching in the field of "Effects of electromagnetic oscillations and fields, including light on organisms"; since 1989 he has headed the Technical Biomedicine working group. In addition, Warnke is a senior academic councillor at Saarland University (retired since 2010), a founding member of the Gesellschaft für Technische Biologie und Bionik e. V. (Society for Technical Biology and Bionics), and a sought-after speaker and lecturer.
